CONSULTATION
- Free, no obligation Consultation to determine client’s
business requirements, potential areas for operational improvement,
and explore off setting cost reduction.
- Provide review and written quotation for services selected
by our customer.
- Provide alternative quotations based upon manpower provided
by Access Business Systems. |

BASIC
SERVICES
- Install QuickBooks or trouble shoot and fix existing QuickBooks
files on customer’s own equipment.
- If new installation, assist customer with initial Quick
Books Interview, set up chart of accounts according to customers
requirements, configure benchmark memorized reports (aged
payables and receivables etc,) create operating forms and
templates (estimates, invoices, statements etc.)
- Monthly system review and reconciliation by Full-Charge
Bookkeeper, who is a Certified Quick Books Pro, Enterprise,
and Point of Sale Advisor.
• Train customer’s employee on site. (Training
billed hourly)
• Telephone help desk available during normal business
hours. (Included) |

ADDITIONAL
SERVICES
- Provide QuickBooks trained Access Business Systems manpower
to do on-site data processing on a regular or on an “as
needed basis”.
- 20% discount on QuickBooks Software
- Web sites Hosting & Development
- Pre Tax review of QuickBooks records to be “Accountant
Ready” for client’s Accountant.
- Research and prepare for Sales Tax and Workers Comp. Audits.
